Do I need broadband?

Can I keep my current broadband?

You can stay with your current provider, our system is proven to work with all major UK ISPs.

For optimal performance, you can also transfer your broadband over to Enable Business. To find out more about our broadband packages give us a call.

Can I pick a number with a different area code?

Sure thing! Is your business based in Stoke-on-Trent, but you want to project a London phone number to your customers? We can help! We can register phone numbers from any area code in the UK, no matter where your business is located.

I need a non-geographic number! How can I get one?

If you want to market your services nationally without being restricted to a certain location, a non-geographic number is the ideal choice! We can register any 0300 or 0330 number for a one-off fee to give you the flexibility your business needs.


Please note: 0300 numbers are reserved for charities, non-profit organisations, public and government bodies only.

How long does it take to get up and running?

It takes 1-3 business day to get up and running. If you don’t order any phones, the system setup can take a single day. The phones take around 2-3 days to be delivered.

How easy is it to do the DIY installation?

It’s very easy to set-up, as everything comes preconfigured. Why not read our Set-up Guide to see how simple the system is to get up and running.

Can I transfer my existing telephone numbers?

We can move your existing telephone numbers to our phone system, we sort the number porting process for you. When the system is set-up, you are provided a temporary number which you can redirect your current telephone number to. We then run the port process in the background, which can take up to a month to come into our control. On port day, there maybe only few minutes of downtime for transferring a single number.

Can I see who is making calls outside of the bundle?

Yes, our unique reporting allows you to see which staff are making phone calls outside of the bundle. You can then get staff to find alternative numbers to call that are within the bundle, so long term businesses rarely pay anything more.
